The National Forest Land (NFL) boundary sign is the yellow-and-black placard nailed to line trees and posts where National Forest System land meets private property — "NATIONAL FOREST BOUNDARY", "PUBLIC LANDS BEHIND THIS SIGN". It is a survey / trespass-notice marker rather than a guide sign, so it uses the regulatory yellow field.
